My favorite sardine can full of nutrients and flavors. It is packed with pure olive oil which is way better than seed oil. They are convenient as a quick snack, add on to sandwich & salad. The can is keto friendly , loaded with great protein and healthy fat. I can have the sardines as breakfast, lunch or dinner as they are so versatile. There is no fishy and bad smell. I quite like the fragrance of the sardines. I don’t like handling fresh fish but I like the nutrients from fish. So this can is my great companion. One can is great for my protein need for one meal. The boneless and skinless sardines also make preparation so easy. I literally need to open the can and enjoys.

Nice large slices of sardines. They taste better when heated then straight out of the tin which was what I later discovered with crown prince's products. The texture becomes softer & mellow to eat. I like to use it to top off my vegetable dishes. Overall, this is a pretty good quality fish though I still prefer sardines with the bones & skin for the extra calcium.
I try to have sardines at least once a week and try to vary them up a bit. I only buy quality sardines in olive oil as I don't use seed or canola oils. These is a delicious wild caught option in pure olive oil with no skin or bones. I know the skin and in particular the bones are good for you, but the texture of these is definitely nicer so I alternate sometimes.
