As I imagined from its colour, it tastes like berry but apparently the taste comes from the cacao beans. So unique and exquisite flavor!This is something I have never tasted and I’m glad to have tried it! So I tried to purchase a bunch but it allows me to add only one to the cart;-(

If you want a yummy chocolate that is different from Dark or white. You gotta try the Ruby if you havent already. It was so creamy, nucely sweet and a slight sour taste from the berry like after taste. Nice size block wigh 3 squares in a row. 100% paying again.

I wanted to try this ruby cacao for a long time but it was always sold out on iHerb. I finally bought it and it tasted exactly how I imagined based on many reviews; it tastes kinda like a white chocolate with a hint of berries. It does taste fruity even though it doesn’t contain any fruit! The chocolate itself is a beautiful pink. It’s not my favorite bar from Chocolove, but I can see why it’s so popular!

You really should order this product because you need to try ruby chocolate. This tastes different to chocolate somehow but still so good. I don’t usually order products that have sugar in it but I wanted to give this an exception and didn’t regret it. This chocolate is one of the favorite by Chocolove. The taste is tender sweet and creamy, reminds a bit white chocolate but even less sweetened and pleasant to eat. The smell is very tender also with vanilla candy notes. Color is totally gorgeous and every time really surprising for guests. Goes to musthaves definitely.

When other reviews mentioned a berry flavor, I thought it would be more like a scent. But there actually is a natural sourness which makes it taste as if berries were blended in to the chocolate itself. It does have a chocolate flavor, but I would say it's very mild, kind of like a mix between white chocolate and milk chocolate. It has a good consistency and beautiful color. All in all, it's very enjoyable and unique, but perhaps not quite what you would expect!

I used these ruby chocolate bars to make fudge with pecans for a pink and butterfly themed baby shower. Everyone loved the fudge and was very impressed with the "pink" chocolate. I also used white chocolate and starlight mints for peppermint fudge, and cherry chips and dried cherries for cherry fudge. The party was a huge success.

The best milk chocolate ever! I love it's unusual color and I was surprised it doesn't have any colorants or artificial flavors. The natural pinky color of ruby cocoa beans make the trick. It's not too sweet and it has a tart aftertaste which I personally like a lot. The composition is very smooth and milky. It has only 3 grams of sugar per serving which is great for your diet if you watch your sugar intake.

This ruby chocolate was a delightful surprise. Think delicate white chocolate with a light berry (raspberry meets strawberry) taste mixed in - that's ruby chocolate. I'm not normally a fan of white chocolate, because most companies make it chalky/waxy; do not confuse that with this description - this is clean and so smooth with a light berry taste, as ruby chocolate should be.

Chocolate is so good. Have full taste of natural ingredients and feels natural sweet. Smell’s tasty. Have beautiful style of packing and poem inside. The quality of taste and packaging worth money.
