I have been taking this quality ingredient product of Vit.D3 + K2 for 6 months. I am not out in the sun everyday so I need this for my absorption to help calcium get into my bones. I split my dosage and take one at breakfast then one at dinner. The capsule is very small in size and has no taste. I do know that being deficient in Vit. D3 can cause some health issues. This product has given me immunity to many viruses that I’ve been exposed to.
