I use this product for my 14yr old daughter who is on ADHD medication and cant sleep at night. The bottle recommends that you take two gummies but I find that is not enough. She needs 4 gummies and it works well. An expensice way to take it though. We were using Life Extension liquid Melatonin which works really great but she prefers the gummie chewing and taste. Buying melatonin in Australia you need a script and costs me $125.00 per 100 ml which is quiet expensive and seems to work as good as 4 gummies.
