I take this product cause it help me with asthma. When I started taking it, the results were not noticeable but as time went on in a year I notice a difference. Now i hardly ever have breathing problems. Some people claim it help sustain weight. Have no weight problem.

I was drinking at another site, but this time I bought it from iHerb. I've lost weight since I started drinking! Of course, I also drink iron along with dietary restrictions and this supplement. And I think it's because I also do muscle training and stretching. .. I will continue to do so.
