One of the best gluten free pancakes I’ve had so far, and paleo to boot! It's a super convenient way to get the 'treat' breakfast on the table without having to fuss around with measuring out ingredients. And it's super tasty. I personally love them with bluberries. It also tastes good I enjoy a serving of 2 topped with Greek yogurt, fruit, nuts or seeds, cacao nibs, and coconut flakes.
