I prefer taking liquid vitamin D as I hate pills and drops usually absorb much better. These also have a nice orange & lemon flavor added from essential oils. The only problem is that it drips too fast so you need to be very careful not to get too many drops at once.
I got this product for my friend's family for trying. Comparing to other D3 product they had before, they found the taste and quality were good. It's very easy to consume dosage every time. It has been helping they feel tireless and more energetic.
easy to administer to the kids since the daily dose is just one drop. even if you increase it to 5 drops it still safe but consider the next doses.

I use it for elderly who cant swallow pills. Nice for Kids also during winter. I prefer the low dose because its almost impossible to get only a drop out
It doesn't taste greasy. Tastes like oil but don't feel unswallowable. Solid package and I hope they offer even bigger size.
