Why good and not great?Because with supplements you don’t really know if they do work, unless with this particular one I get a bone density test and find out that my osteopenia has improved. In terms of easy absorption and quality it’s great. So hopefully with the ingredients it has I will be able to say it’s excellent

This is one of the better supplements for bones and hair. I take this Biosil in conjunction with biotin and I find it helps with my hair loss. I had back surgery not so long ago and the doctor couldn’t believe how strong my bones were and I’m nearly 60 years old. I can only samosas because I’ve been taking Biosil for a few years now
