I have been taking this superior quality vision supplement from AOR for over 8 years. My ophthalmologist feels the excellent ingredients and dosage potency may be why my vision has not deteriorated much over that time period. Positive effects? I still have no need of reading glasses, and my eye health remains excellent for my age. AOR is one of the best supplement companies out there, and is one of the ones most recommended to me by my naturopathic physician. I highly recommend them!
Even though my optometrist stated that I do not need to supplement for my vision, I disagree. I notice a huge difference in my eyesight when I take these. Contains 15 mg of zeaxanthin and 15mg of lutein which is above the recommended dosage to make a difference in your eye health. Thumbs up for me.

Purchased for a relative to improve his eyesight. Most best-selling vision formulas do contain two key ingredients – zeaxanthin and lutein. The problem is, they have token amounts. Almost none of them contain enough. You need at least 5 mg of zeaxantine and at least 10 mg of lutein to make a difference in your eye health. And most eye supplements just aren’t potent enough to do you any good. One serving of Vision Support II delivers 15 mg of zeaxanthin and 15 mg of lutein, in sharp contrast to 120 mcg (i.e. 0.12 mg) of zeaxanthin and 2 mg of lutein provided by the best-selling vision formula. Vision Support II's price per dose of zeaxanthin or lutein is in fact much much cheaper than the best-selling vision formula.

The eyes require high amounts of antioxidants. This formula provides 15mg of Lutein and 15mg of Zeaxanthin, with added benefits from Benfotiamine, Astaxanthin and black soybean extract. It is very handy and convenient to have them all in one serving. Used to get this supplement at half of the cost on iHerb. The price is beyond reach when the iHerb decided to double the price recently.
This is a great formula. I noticed an improvement in my vision after a few weeks of taking this product. Worth the higher price.
