Contains my favourite chitosane as one of the main ingredients, and it is a maximum dosage! I am using it as recommended and so far quite pleased with the result. Benefited from loosing some stubborn wight. Really a quality thing! Taste is neutral, size of the capsule is manageable. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This stuff does work. if i'm eating out with friends there is SO much oil in restaurant food!! i can tell it's working BECAUSE i don't get sleepy after wards as my body is trying to digest all that grease!! i buy this often and carry in my purse for those occasions i eat out.
