This is a wonderful light tea for summer. It's so refreshing. I drink it cold and its quite refreshing that way. You can add things too it easily like coconut water or stevia, lemon/lime juice etc.. because there is nothing in the tea that is overpowering and I'm new to Moringa and have heard it can be strong.

This is my go-to morning tea when I don't want caffeine. It has a distinctive moringa flavor which is a bit like green tea, but grassier. I enjoy this tea both hot and iced. (3.5 min at 212°F).
