This is a great product if you just want a daily dose of vitamin C, but if you are trying to do any vitamin C loading, it can be a little much. I was trying to take 8,000-10,000 mg a day, but my stomach could not handle anything close to that amount. Again, great product if you need 1000-2000 a day, but more than that could be difficult. (This is just my personal experience. You may have a better experience than I did. I truly hope that you do. ) If trying to load up on vitamin C, I would suggest perhaps purchasing several different types of vitamin C - this kind and some capsules perhaps. (One serving is 2000 mg.) Also, product is non-GMO, so that is excellent.
