Ghee has so many health benefits that even though it's a saturated fat, I know it's healthier than regular butter and certainly healthier than margarine. I love this on steamed broccoli, toast, pancakes, and slathered on a chunk of home baked bread. The addition of pink salt adds just the right flavor. PLUS it comes in a glass jar and not plastic - which is very important to me. Great stuff!
I love this ghee! It is very healthy for you and is good quality, clean ingredients, great taste, and easy to use in recipes! The size is a good value and I use it when cooking on the stove top to saute'. It is a good addition to a healthy diet.
Great quality grass-fed ghee that tastes fantastic, I use it for cooking pretty much everything and it lasts ages, as the tub size is quite substantial. Only 2 ingredients, nice and convenient packaging, what’s not to like! Would definitely get it again and recommend for those who are looking for a healthy fat to cook with!
Very happy with this product! Super simple ingredient list (only 2), product looks clean and well filtered, and has a lovely buttery taste with just enough salt. I think it is well made and high quality. I also appreciate that it comes in a reusable/recyclable glass jar (good package), and that I can store it at room temp.
I bought this ghee a while ago. Love the buttery taste with slight saltiness. It makes food smells and tastes better. I use it for toasts/ meats/stir fry foods/ baking pretty much everything really. But sadly I’ve noticed quite a bit of price differences between now and then. I hope the price doesn’t stay this high forever. I would love to repurchase if the price goes down similar to before. I would recommend this highly
this product is simply good. tasty and good ghee butter. that's my first try with ghee butter, and I'm going to stick with it
4th and Heart makes lovely ghees, naturally flavored or plain. This is the Himalayan Pink Salt which adds salt to the ghee and therefore no need to add any additional salt. All their ghees are from grass fed cows. A high quality product!
