DOMS the day after. This has the best 3 types of magnesium I needed all in one! The capsule itself was easy to swallow & digest, unlike another brand I'd taken before where I could feel it get stuck/too slow going down to my stomach and felt harder to digest. Definitely recommend this!

I like this magnesium supplement. I’m on my third bottle. As I get older I’ve started having trouble sleeping and was looking for a remedy. Now take one of these about 30 min before I go to sleep and it helps me sleep so much better. I’m sold!
