Which means it also helps with the body's immune system. Keep up the good work and I will buy again in the future as long as I continue to do strength training.

Have to say that if you are looking for a supplement to improve your immune, this is the product that you need, but, the taste is not comfortable for me, some kind of after taste. I'm taking it with BCAA with some flavor. An overall good product. but not perfect.

Great product. Primaforce are brand to go if you want specific compound without buying proprietary brand formula. Even non athlete could benefit from glutamine for healing effect after sickness and it improve gut health.

I think this is the cheapest option for L-Glutamine in iHerb as of now. I prefer CGN L-Glutamine taste since this has a bit smell. But for the price and amount, it’s tolerable.

Glutaform by primaforce is a great product. It works as advertised for the most part- or at least in the recovery department. I used 1 scoop (5 g. glutamine) in my protein shake after each workout and the next day I didn't feel very sore at all. I also used 1 scoop before bed. It didn't do so much for creating muscle fullness or volume but if you're looking for something to boost recovery then buy this and use it in your protein shakes and you shouldn't feel much soreness the next day. Great value!
