I was told about this product by two traveling hippies. They introduced me to a natural antioxidant. I have Ulcerative Colitis. I use this product in water glass 3 drops of G.S.E. into filtered water with NO ADDED MINERALS when I'm a little sick. A food made me have slight irritable bowel symptoms. When I'm really having a flare, I use 5 drops, Within 24 hours I feel relief. I continue to use it for a week and then stop. I do not notice any flavor. My physican suggested I add it to every glass I drink. I did for a few years then I use only when I need to. I am so grateful for those hippies and this Antioxidant. So GRATEFUL! Good product quality! Large size-118ml, which is supposed to be used for a long time, due to its economy. Its taste is slightly bitter due to the fact that its main ingredient is grapefruit concentrate, but this is not a big problem. Its benefits for me are many and varied - every day I put 2 drops on my toothpaste -, sometimes in the winter I put 3 drops in a tablespoon of boiled water and wash my nose, dilute a few drops in a little glycerin and rub my nails, gargle I have done with it - again dissolved a few drops in boiled water, in the winter I drink it before meals... In general, this is a product that should be present in every house and diet, due to its various benefits. I strongly recommend!!!
