I am not someone who eats fish, so I really needed a supplement with all of the Omega 3 benefits. I have taken fish oil pills before that state there is no fishy after taste or burps, and that was not the case until now. This Super Fisol works great, I get the benefits and you would never know that I digested fish oil, due to this supplement going straight through the stomach and into the small intestine. No fishy after taste. Love it.

Good quality fish oil capsules that does not cause fishy burps. Skin has lesser eczema flare ups and hair seems to be shiny during period of consumption.
