After looking at the other reviews I decided to try this myself. I enjoy the size of the bottle as well as the amount of magnesium and other ingredient inside the bottle. I had to find my middle ground for it to work for me. So I had to do 1 tsp and it was perfect and it helped to relax me and fall asleep easier. Now mind you I have looked everywhere for a healthy supplement that could help this PD that I deal with and it has helped the tremors tremendously. I think the quality is superb as well! I found that taking about 1/3 tsp helps my tremors and about a 1 tsp helps with sleep. I don’t take medicine for the Parkinson’s so I am trying to find a healthy way of dealing with these tremors and I think I found it. The unflavored taste pretty good so I will stick with that. So far so good and been on it for a week now. I am happy =)

If you want magnesium but don’t want to chug down the big mag pills— then this is a good alternative. And it makes a fun fizzy sound when added to water. I add it to hot water at night and sip on it. It’s not super tasty but it’s fine and knowing that it’s helping my body is enough.
