It's Natracare, and there simply isn't any complaints with it:-) Personally Ultra Thin liners do not feel all that different from mini Cotton covers.
I love that it has clean ingredients, quality is very good and I'm very happy with the purchase. I tried other versions of these, and I'm so glad I discovered this brand because I'd been looking for the clean product for quite some time.
I am yet to find a better brand than Natracare for organic liners and tampons. They work well, the quality is good (some have legit fallen apart!) and the price is good.
