I have bought this specific formulation several times as it combines the CoQ10 with PQQ in the amounts that I am looking for (based on viome results and recommendations). I honestly feel like it helps with energy! I use it every few days - and especially around times when i am travelling due to the extra germs and all of the additional things associated with plane travel (altitude, a bit of radiation, etc.) Love this and will keep buying.
It's a good brand of Q10 and also contains PQQ, which is good for mitochondrial health. However, I have since switched to a different brand that works for me.
