Insert the nozzle into the nostril and depress the pump completely while breathing in through the nose. Spray 1-2 times in each nostril up to three times per day. 

Safety Sealed: Clear shrink band on spray bottle is for your protection. Do not use if seal is missing or visibly tampered with. 

Storage: Store at room temperature. 

You may experience mild stinging or burning, the effect of the honey and the saline. If this continues beyond 4-5 days please discontinue use and seek professional medical help. Do not use if you are allergic to bees or bee products.
